EB-1

EB-1 is an employment-based Green Card for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, and multinational executives or managers. It does not require labor certification, making it one of the fastest paths to permanent residence. Applicants must demonstrate sustained national or international recognition.
