Today, I'm pleased to share that Manifest OS has raised $60 million — the largest venture capital round in the history of the immigration industry — led by Menlo Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, First Round Capital, and Quiet Capital.
This is a huge moment for Manifest OS, and a meaningful one for Manifest Law and our clients.
Manifest OS builds the technology and operational infrastructure that powers our practice. Think of Manifest OS as the engine behind the attorney experience — handling back-office operations, case management software, and client-facing tools that free our attorneys up to do what they were trained to do: practice law.
Before Manifest OS, the structural reality of running an immigration practice meant attorneys were buried — spending the majority of their time on administrative work, client intake, document coordination, and business operations rather than on the legal work that actually moves cases forward. That's not a knock on attorneys. It's a systemic problem that has held the entire industry back for decades. Manifest OS was founded to handle the administrative tasks that allow attorneys to fully focus on practicing law.

We are continuing to raise the bar on the attorneys who join us. Out of more than 5,000 applicants, fewer than 1% have been accepted.
