Just six months after the largest Series A in legal tech history, Manifest announces its global expansion with the ability to service immigration in 100+ countries.
NEW YORK CITY, October 27, 2026 — Manifest announces the international launch of its AI-native legal services, bringing employers' U.S. and international immigration needs under one roof through a centralized global team operating on its proprietary AI platform. The global launch marks the latest milestone in a year of rapid growth for Manifest OS-powered legal practice that has seen 10x year-to-date growth of its corporate law business.
All Manifest OS-powered law firms operate under one unified brand umbrella and use the same centralized AI software that increases speed, quality and reduces cost of visa sponsorship and immigration compliance for some of the fastest-growing technology companies.
The international launch comes six months after Manifest OS raised a $60M Series A at a $750M valuation, the largest Series A in legal technology history. Since its founding, Manifest Law has rapidly established a U.S. corporate immigration business serving 400+ corporate clients.
“By utilizing AI to streamline workflows of immigration lawyers, we are able to free them up from repeatable administrative tasks and give them the time to focus on what truly matters: developing creative client strategies, advisory work and exceptional white-glove experience for their clients,” said Dan Mishin, Founder and CEO of Manifest OS. “Our international expansion is driven by us listening to our clients who told us about how broken the status quo of working with legacy law firms is - inconsistent quality between different geographies, lack of unified reporting, lack of centralized client success. So, we decided to build our global immigration business differently and bring together experienced local counsel, a centralized global team and one operating system to deliver the same reliable, high-quality immigration support wherever our law firms’ clients hire and move talent.”
Supporting this approach is experienced legal immigration leadership, including Jeff Joseph, the 79th President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, who joined Manifest earlier this year as President of Immigration Strategy.
“We see the future where Manifest OS platform enables global mobility managers at companies to become strategic partners to business leaders, not just coordinators of visas and relocations. Their work will influence how companies choose new office locations, conduct M&A and use immigration as a strategic lever to hire and retain the best talent,” said Joseph. “By managing complex immigration matters and providing consistent legal guidance across countries, Manifest can help mobility teams move beyond being viewed as a cost center and give these teams a key seat at the table as it relates to business growth decisions.”
The expansion reflects Manifest Law's evolution from challenging the traditional law firm model in the U.S. to establishing an AI-native immigration practice on a global scale.
