Manifest Law, the AI-native immigration law firm powered by Manifest OS, announced today that Matt Minor has joined the firm as Practice Lead. For more than 14 years, Minor has helped companies navigate complex workforce and global mobility needs and develop strategies to hire and retain talent in the U.S.

Minor previously served as a law firm Partner advising multinational corporations on employer-sponsored matters. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has written and spoken extensively on business immigration issues, including H-1B and E-2 visa policy.
“Matt understands both the complexity of this work and understands what it takes to be a key strategic partner with the companies he advises, and what companies need from their counsel,” said Jeff Joseph, who joined Manifest earlier this year as President of Immigration Strategy. “He has built his career working closely with employers on workforce and mobility needs, and brings the kind of creative thinking combined with practical perspective we need as we continue to grow the firm.”
For Minor, the connection to the field is also personal. Growing up in a Procter & Gamble family, he spent more than eight years living in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Germany. Those experiences gave him firsthand insight into the challenges of living and working in another country and helped shape his path into immigration law.
“What Manifest has built feels like the way immigration law should be done,” said Minor. “Over the course of my career, I’ve seen how much time can be consumed by unnecessary process and document collection. I was drawn to Manifest’s faster, more intuitive approach and wanted to be part of a cutting-edge model that gives attorneys more time to focus on strategy and their clients.”
Minor’s appointment builds on Manifest Law’s continued investment in senior legal talent and further underscores the AI-native model’s ability to attract experienced attorneys.
