• Significant recognition from organizations, agencies, or experts
• High salary or substantial earnings.

Like most work visas, O-1 applicants cannot file their own application. Instead, they must find a petitioner that can submit Form I-129 on their behalf. In most cases, this is a U.S. sponsor or agent.
