USCIS Releases Second Quarter Approval Data for Fiscal Year 2026

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released adjudication data for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026, which covers January 2026 to March 2026.

For Q2, the new approval rate data shows that:

  • The O-1 approval rate increased to 91.2%
  • The EB-1A approval rate dropped to 41.7%
  • The EB-2 NIW approval rate increased to 48.1%

Below is a breakdown of how the O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW rates have changed over the past two FY 2026 quarters, as well as the full Fiscal Year 2025.
