He directed complex national operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and built high-performing teams serving millions of Americans. As Chief of both the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) and the Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP) at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Perry oversaw nearly $3 billion in annual receipted income, managed a $120 million budget, and led multi-state workforces.
