USCIS has begun accepting online Form I-140 submissions for both EB-1A and EB-2 NIW petitions.
While the federal agency has not announced this change yet, users can now submit I-140 petitions and supporting documents through the MyUSCIS portal. Reports from immigration attorneys and applicants confirm that applicants can submit documents and pay filing fees through their USCIS online account.
USCIS may release new guidance around this update in the coming days. Right now, some individuals have reported experiencing glitches and 12mb file limits when uploading materials.
