USCIS has just released the first quarter data for the fiscal year 2026 (October 2025 to December 2025). Below are some of the key highlights for the O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW categories.
For Q1 only, the new FY 2026 approval rate data shows:
- The O-1’s approval rate dropped to 91.0%
- The EB-1A approval rate dropped to 47.5%
- The EB-2 NIW approval rate increased to 42.6%
