The Department of State has just released the Visa Bulletin for March 2026. Most notably, EB-2 filing dates for India surged forward by 335 days, while Mexico, the Philippines, and the rest of the world became current. The last time the filing date was current in these areas was the Visa Bulletin for November 2022.
Filing dates movement:
- For EB-1, India and China moved forward by 122 days. Mexico, the Philippines, and all other areas remain current.
- For EB-2, India moved forward by 335 days. No movement for China. Mexico, the Philippines, and all other areas became current.
Final action dates movement:
- For EB-1, India and China moved forward by 28 days. Mexico, the Philippines, and all other areas remain current.
- For EB-2, India moved forward by 62 days. No movement for China. Mexico, the Philippines, and all other areas moved forward by 197 days.
USCIS has clarified that they're using filing dates at this time. We'll continue to provide updates and analysis here as new information becomes available.
