I am a U.S. immigration attorney with more than five years of experience advising employers and foreign nationals on a broad range of business immigration matters. Over the course of my career, I have worked on more than 1,000 immigration matters involving temporary work visas, employment-based permanent residence, and complex immigration strategy for companies ranging from growing businesses to large multinational organizations. My experience includes H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, and O-1 petitions, as well as PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and responses to Requests for Evidence and other government inquiries. I have also advised employers on immigration compliance, workforce mobility, changes in employment, and strategies for retaining key foreign-national talent. My approach to immigration law is centered on practical problem-solving and clear communication. I work to understand both the legal issue and the broader business or personal objective behind each matter, which allows me to identify risks early, explain complicated immigration requirements in straightforward terms, and develop strategies that are both legally sound and workable in practice.
