Case Summary.
Rebecca Lenetsky helped an Indian professional win EB-1A approval, unlocking a Green Card path for his whole family. After years in the EB-2 backlog with a 2016 priority date, the extraordinary ability approval was granted about two weeks after filing and let him, his spouse, and their college-age child move straight to adjustment of status with work and travel authorization.
