An Indian Sales Leader's L-1A Transfer Clears an RFE

Lahaina Araneta helped an Indian sales executive secure an L-1A visa to transfer from his company's overseas operations and lead its hospitality sales in the U.S. While working abroad on an open work permit, he managed a sizable sales team for a manufacturer with facilities in both countries, and the petition documented his managerial role and the company's qualifying presence on each side. The case was approved after a Request for Evidence (RFE) response.
