*Disclaimer: The Money-Back Guarantee is conditioned on your having been truthful with regard to your application and the facts surrounding its submission and that you have cooperated in providing information requested by Manifest and/or Co-Counsel.

The Manifest Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to legal fees paid directly to Manifest Law for eligible immigration cases, as explicitly stated in the engagement letter. It does not cover government filing fees, third-party expenses, or other costs associated with the case. The Money-Back Guarantee does not ensure any specific immigration outcome or approval, as final decisions rest with government authorities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time, except for clients under an active agreement.

The Money-Back Guarantee is also conditioned on the following: 1) you have never been previously denied entry to the United States of America, or been denied a visa or other immigration benefit (unless you have disclosed these facts to us prior to signing the EL); 2) you have never been arrested, you have no criminal charges or criminal convictions, even if expunged or removed from your record; 3) you have never violated the immigration rules of the US; and 4) you have disclosed to us any material facts related to your case and this Agreement in writing. These conditions must be true prior to the engagement and throughout the period we represent you on your application. If you fail to meet any of these conditions, you are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.

If you choose the Gold Plan, you are also eligible to elect the re-file option in lieu of receiving your money back. If you choose the Platinum Plan, you are only eligible for a refund if your case is denied after Manifest re-files it.

If the government issues any additional requests to applicants, such as a "Request for Evidence", a "Notice of Intent to Deny" or others, Manifest Law must remain your lawyers for such requests and inquiries and you must provide us with all necessary information to respond to these requests. Please note that you retain the right to change counsel for a Request for Evidence and similar government requests — nothing precludes you from doing so. Choosing to go with other counsel remains your legal right in exchange for waiving the guarantee opted for.

Any refund will only apply to the percentage specified in the terms of the selected plan declared on the engagement agreement and covers only the amount paid for Manifest Law's legal services. It does not include any other expenses, government fees, postage, mailing, or any other similar expenses.
