Should you receive a final denial, you may request that Manifest Law re-file your case for no additional legal fees instead of the Money-Back Guarantee/refund. There are benefits to opting for refiling your case. For example, since the time of filing you may have garnered more achievements or other elements that would strengthen your case. Should you consider this option, our legal team would be more than happy to discuss the benefits of opting to re-file your case.

Opting to refile the case for no additional legal fees will waive your right to receive a refund.
You will remain responsible for any government filing fees and other non-legal fees and costs related to the re-filing as lawfully Manifest is not allowed to pay such costs on your behalf.
Manifest reserves the right to decline a re-filing request if it believes in its good faith judgment that there is no basis to re-file the case. If Manifest declines the re-filing request you will be entitled to a refund pursuant to the refund policies and procedures of the Money Back plan.

The Money-Back Guarantee is conditioned on your having been truthful with regard to your application and the facts surrounding its submission and that you have cooperated in providing information requested by Manifest and/or Co-Counsel.

The Money-Back Guarantee is conditioned on the following: 1) you have never been previously denied entry to the United States of America, or been denied a visa or other immigration benefit; 2) you have no criminal charges or criminal convictions; 3) you have never violated the immigration rules of the US; and 4) you have disclosed to us any material facts related to your case and this Agreement in writing. If you fail to meet any of these conditions, you are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.
