Refund Procedure.

In order to best serve our clients, Manifest has implemented simple refund policies and procedures. Such processes have been established in order to efficiently and lawfully provide refunds pursuant to our Money-Back Guarantee terms and conditions.

Refund Procedure

1. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant administrative agency’s denial* of your case, you must submit a written request to Manifest Law for the refund.
   
   The request you explicitly state:
   - Your full name
   - That you are requesting a refund for your legal fees
   - Your preferred method of refund (credit card or wire)
   
   
2. If requested by Manifest Law, you must provide a copy of the denial letter or any other documentation related to your case.
   
   
3. All refunds shall be issued by credit card or wire and only to the original purchaser within 14 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the transaction to be posted to your account as it may depend on your banking provider.

*For the platinum plan, you may only opt for the Money-Back Guarantee after a denial following our re-filing of your case as required for this plan.
