Because USCIS fees change periodically, it’s best to confirm the current amount before you file. Your Manifest attorney will discuss current filing fees with you during your consultation.

How long does the I-485 process take?

Processing times differ based on your Green Card category and your local USCIS field office. Most applicants wait several months to well over a year for a decision, though you’ll typically receive work and travel authorization much sooner. What if I’ve had visa overstays or status violations?
