How Manifest Made It Happen:

The client self-petitioned for EB-1A and initially received an RFE disputing three of the five argued categories. USCIS accepted judging experience and scholarly authorship but disputed the client’s awards, major contributions, and high salary.

Despite USCIS's challenges, a strong response—including nine expert letters attesting to the significance of their research and innovation—successfully demonstrated their impact. With a compelling argument for their influence in biomedicine, the petition was approved despite initial challenges.
